The legal basis for the data processing is Article 6 paragraph 1(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is derived from the above-listed purposes of data collection. On no account will we use the collected data for purposes of tracing your identity.

Furthermore, we use cookies as well as analysis services for any visit to our website. Detailed explanations on this are set forth in sections 4 and 5 of this privacy policy.

In case of inquiries of any nature, you can contact us through a form provided on the web site. Submitting a valid e-mail address is required to allow us to know who has sent the inquiry and to allow us to answer it. Any other details can be provided voluntarily.

We process your data for purposes of establishing contact with us in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1(a) of the GDPR, based on the consent you voluntarily gave us.

The personal data collected by us during your use of the contact form will automatically be deleted after your inquiry has been handled.

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies” are text files which are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" in order to ensure anonymised collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). Due to the activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP-address transmitted to Google’s server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data.

6. Use of the advertising functions of Google Analytics

Apart from the standard configuration of Google Analytics, this website also uses functions of Google Analytics which support the advertising interests of users, as well as advertising based on users’ surfing behaviour. For this purpose, Google Analytics uses a third-party Cookie belonging to DoubleClick, to evaluate data regarding the surfing behaviour of users on various websites. This data can be used to make statistical statements about demographic data and the interest areas of website users.

We expressly point out that we cannot view any data about individual users and that the statistical data we use cannot be traced back to specific users.

7. Google Optimize

Our website uses the web analysis and optimisation service "Google Optimize", which is provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter "Google Optimize"). We use the Google Optimize service to increase the attractiveness, content and functionality of our website by displaying new functions and content to a percentage of our users and statistically evaluating the change in usage. Google Optimize is a sub-service of Google Analytics (see the section on Google Analytics).

Google Optimize uses cookies to optimise and analyse your use of our website. 8. Use of Matomo (previously: Piwik)

We use Matomo (previously: Piwik), an open source web analysis tool (http://mamoto.org), to collect and store data for marketing and optimisation purposes and for marketing and optimisation purposes. From this data, use profiles can be created under a pseudonym. Cookies can be used for this purpose. Cookies are little text files which are stored locally in the cache memory of the Internet browser of the website visitor. These Cookies allow the server to recognise the Internet browser. The data collected using Piwik will not be used to identify the user of this website personally, without the special consent of the affected user, and it will also not be merged with personal data of the bearer of the pseudonym.
