Oldenburger Havarti is a cheese full of flavour for several usage occasions - together with light bread, on a cheese platter or as garnish on a salad - the light savoury taste gives an aromatic touch to numerous dishes. Also as a topping on a savoury casserole Oldenburger Havarti is ideally suited. Cheese should be eaten at room temperature to allow its full flavour to unfurl.
